Guarantee Policy

All jobs are guaranteed for 6 months where parts are supplied by us. Please note that manufacturers’ warranty on parts is unaffected.

Complaint Procedure/ Policy

While we try our best to satisfy our customers, we advise our customers to report any dissatisfaction experience to our service manager as soon as noticed. In the event of such undesirable occurrence we shall try our level best to resolve the matter amicably with the hope of securing our customers’ confidence in us and ensure best satisfaction for our customer.

If our customers remain unhappy with our services, we encourage them to complain to the motor industry code of practice at or telephone 0800 692 0825.
